As all of us know, River Towers is a special community.
Only minutes from downtown Washington, DC, we have the blessings of
an extensive parkland setting. Where else can you wiggle your
toes in green grass, gaze out on natural wetlands, or enjoy a nature
walk among mature trees? No other local community offers the
variety of wildlife, natural surroundings and sylvan beauty.
As owners it is incumbent upon us to maintain this
extraordinary community to the highest standards. Each of us
has to play a part to insure that River Towers continues to be a
special retreat in the middle of one of the world's most frenetic
areas.
While there is little that threatens the beauty of our
natural setting, it
is up to each of us to be vigilant in making certain that our
buildings and facilities are maintained to the very highest standards.
Irrespective of the beauty of our property, if the buildings are not
properly maintained, unit values and rent revenues will decline.
In these difficult economic times, with falling real
estate values, we cannot afford to be complacent. Each of us
has a significant investment which must be both protected and
enhanced.
